Neustadt an der Weinstraße has a unique project for the future ahead of it over the next few years. In 2027, the State Garden Show will be held in the heart of the Palatinate - a huge opportunity for the city and its development.

A 7-member group consisting of the entire Neustadt city council was a guest in Mannheim. The group started with a guided tour of the grounds of the Federal Horticultural Show, after which the MWSP team gave exclusive insights into the development of the first construction phase of SPINELLI. The tour focused in particular on the rapid development process of the quarter, the mobility concept and the allocation of plots. With regard to future urban development projects, the delegation around Lord Mayor Marc Weigel was able to see for themselves directly on site the development and implementation of innovative concepts of the municipal development company MWSP.
