The goal is clear and ambitious: at the beginning of April 2023, SPINELLI was transformed into a livable, green residential area. The area for urban development has already changed impressively.

The development was completed in a remarkable eight months of construction for the handover of the construction sites to the investors. Around 10,000 m of conduits for data cables were laid for this purpose. A total of eight new roads are being built, freshly paved and already marked with traffic signs. In the course of sustainable development, 12,000 m³ of recycling material from the demolition was reintroduced on site as a base course for the new roads. The building construction phase of the first construction phase will start punctually for the second quarter of 2021, during which residential units will be created for the first approximately 1,100 residents.
