Last weekend, more than a thousand neighbors, future residents and interested Mannheim residents took the opportunity to take a look behind the site fences.

Around 1,100 people will live on SPINELLI after completion of the first construction phase - a comparable number of interested people have already looked around the site at the MWSP construction site festival. The SPINELLI site fences were open for one day. The growing district was presented for the first time on a grand scale and was rewarded not only with bright sunshine but also with a great response and many visitors. Whether city leaders, members of the Bundestag and municipal council, whether future residents or long-established neighbours: they all enjoyed a relaxed afternoon between the future district square and the striking park promenade.
