Under the name "Königskinder", DEUTSCHE WOHNWERTE is realizing a district center with almost 130 residential units and various commercial areas on SPINELLI. A KITA and an above-ground car park are also planned. Now the company celebrated with the Lord Mayor Dr. Peter Kurz, the managing director of MWSP, Achim Judt and Herwig Spiegl, founding partners of AllesWirdGut Architektur ZT from Vienna, the official laying of the foundation stone.

Completion of the construction project is planned for 2024. The complex blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings and sets accents with a sophisticated landscape architecture concept. The individual buildings are structured around a sublime green inner courtyard. This creates retreat and meeting areas outdoors. Finally, the center of the quarter forms the transition between the developed settlement structure of the Kaefertal Süd district and the BUGA area. Another special feature of the project is that the entire development process up to completion is considered from the point of view of sustainability and is subjected to a life cycle assessment according to the guidelines of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
