On the approximately 1,800 m² plot - in the proverbial front row - 28 condominiums with 2 to 4 rooms are being built. Thanks to the unobstructed location, the private outdoor areas, loggias and roof terraces offer a unique panorama of Spinelli Park.

The architectural design comes from the Frankfurt office of Bilger Fellmeth. The timber hybrid villas will be built using wood from European forests. After completion, the buildings will be certified by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The energy concept, consisting of a photovoltaic system and heat pump, enables the residents to operate the building in a climate-neutral manner.
