With the resettlement management, the MWSP has set up a department whose employees support the development of neighborhoods, create initial opportunities for encounters and are available as contact for new residents. At SPINELLI, Petra Leinberger takes on this task. Since networking with residents and institutions, she has heard and answered numerous questions:

"Does the MWSP sell and rent apartments here?" No, this is the responsibility of the investors in the individual construction projects. "When does the school open?" With the start of the new school year. "And how do I find comrades-in-arms for a cooking group, a repair café or other offers that I would like to initiate for the neighborhood?" That's where we like to mediate in resettlement management.

Petra Leinberger sees the fact that everyone at SPINELLI has to reorient themselves and come together with the existing neighborhood as a great opportunity: "This creates a sense of togetherness." She likes to take up impulses from residents and connects them with other actors. She is also looking for points of contact in Käfertal-Süd and Feudenheim: clubs, youth or senior citizens' gatherings are an important offer for the residents of SPINELLI and help them grow together. Maybe we'll see each other at the SPINELLI Fest at the latest? The "inauguration ceremony" for the quarter is planned for June 17th!
