The BUGA23 had invited - and 4,600 citizens came! The MWSP also pitched its tent at the SPINELLI festival. Together with the city of Mannheim, the GBG and the BUGA23 society, we were to be found right at the starting point of the guided tours and had a lively influx of visitors.

For the first time, we were able to speak to future residents who have already purchased an apartment on SPINELLI and who stopped by the MWSP stand. A popular “souvenir” of all those interested was the map of the future SPINELLI quarter, which also served as the basis for many stimulating conversations. What happens at SPINELLI, who is building there, when will it be finished: The SPINELLI team at MWSP had an answer to everything or, alternatively, was able to refer to the expertise of the stand neighbors. What the SPINELLI Fest showed: There is great anticipation for the opening of the area, but there are still many questions from the citizens. Our goal is and will remain to answer them all.
