SPINELLI continues to grow. An area that meets the requirements of the future and harmoniously combines social, sustainable and ecological living. The urban, open space, energy, ecological and social qualities defined in the Spinelli 2018 framework plan and anchored in the development plan form the basis for the further developments of SPINELLI and Käfertal-Süd. To ensure this and to safeguard the qualities, MWSP has established its own planning commission for SPINELLI.

As in the first construction phase, the concepts for the second construction phase are intended to represent the idea of the neighborhood in all its structural diversity. They set a benchmark for the conversion project as a whole and mark SPINELLI as a new quarter that, despite successful rounding off, is recognizably set apart from the existing in accordance with the motto "continue building the city".
