With SPINELLI, MWSP has already developed a quarter in the first construction phase that exemplifies how cities will have to be built in the future. A densification of housing is countered by generous open spaces for all residents, special energy standards are achieved with resource-conserving materials, the architecture and planning of the entire neighborhood follow sustainable aspects and enable new social structures.

Sounds complicated? Not at all: In the urban planning installation SPINELLI NOW! the ideas that are "built" in the new quarter become comprehensible. Five pavilions made of sustainable materials on the themes of architecture, social issues, mobility, ecology and urban development will be freely accessible from May 15 on Chisinauer Platz and Völklinger Straße. And invite you to get involved with the urban development of tomorrow today!
