With the goal of turning the first construction phase of SPINELLI into a livable, green residential area for 1.100 residents in just three years, development is in full swing. Around 1.5 years after the purchase and thus halfway through the development by the urban development company MWSP, an enormous change is already visible. Building construction is now in progress on almost all construction sites.

The crane ballet on SPINELLI is almost complete: Twelve cranes are standing and turning over SPINELLI so that the floors of the individual projects grow. Work is now being carried out on 15 construction sites. All purchase contracts with the investors are notarized, a few final handovers are still pending. The construction logistics is of great importance for the number of construction sites. Among other things a guarded barrier entrance, a parking lot for construction site vehicles as well as a small construction market are built on the area.

The development of the quarter can already be seen in front of the fences at SPINELLI: the edge to the BUGA 23 site is currently being created by the construction of the promenade wall.

The outlook for the new year already provides for the next milestones: the central quarter square will be created, which will offer a lot of quality of stay with around 50 climate trees. The completion of the first residential buildings and the arrival of the first residents is expected from the end of 2022.
